•                1. Language education
•                Provide language courses of Arabic, Persian, Turkish and Hebrew. The courses will encourage students to get highly advanced language skills so as to be able to work in the local areas.
•                It can be different depending on the major but basically students will learn contemporary language first and then classical language.
•                Depending on the demand, the courses of classical Arabic, classical Persian, classical Turkish, and other rare classical languages can be offered as a crash course.

•                Provide comprehensive and balanced knowledge on a whole period from classical to contemporary West Asia
•                The courses deal with the vicissitudes of modernization in West Asia and how it has influenced the contemporary society.
•                Instead of following academic research trends, the field aims to offer fundamental knowledge and information.
•                Encourage comprehensive understanding of West Asia and interactions among the areas instead of focusing a few local areas.
•                Highly encourage interdisciplinary research with the related studies such as social science.
