서울 인도문화원과 함께 아시아언어문명학부는 전공필수 "아시아문명론 입문"을 수강하는 학생을 대상으로 요가 워크숍을 진행하였습니다. 인도문화원의 소마 두따(Soma Dutta, 요가 QCI 요가 2급) 선생님께서 "쁘라나"와 기본 "아사나", 그리고 "현재를 사는 법"을 강의하시면서 학생들과 체험하는 좋은 시간이었습니다.

The Department of ALC held a yoga workshop for students of "Introduction to Asian Civilizations", with the support of the Indian Cultural Centre, Seoul. Ms. Soma Dutta (QCI Yoga 2nd Level Instructor) from the ICC led the students in "prana", several "asanas", and "how to live in the present".
