아시아언어문명학부에서는 인도 언어문명 전공에 대해 관심을 가진 학생들을 위하여 2016년 11월 25일 제1회 인도전공자의 밤을 개최하였다.

학부 교수인 트래비스 스미스 교수님과 구하원 교수님을 포함하여 전공과목을 강의하시는 강성용 교수님, 김용정 교수님, 신민하 교수님을 모시고

학생들과 인도음식을 나누며 인도 관련 전공 과목에 대한 포스터 전시회를 감상하는 시간을 가졌다.

The Department of Asian Languages and Civilizations celebrated a Night for Indian Majors on November 25th, 2016, for students who are interested in the major. In addition to Professors Travis Smith and Hawon Ku from the department, we invited Professors Sung-yong Kang (Sanskrit), Yong-jeong Kim (Hindi and Indian literature), and Minha Shin(Indian history) to meet with the students. All enjoyed great Indian food and an exhibition of posters on the courses offered through the department.
